Is the Canberra part of the UK or AUS fleet?

Hello

The Canberra is in the colours of the UK on the map, but is in the AUS OOB in the Reports > Units screen, and it has the 'AUS' prefix on its unit card, so which fleet is it a part of.

It is Australian but the Aussie's fall under UK control.
