But look at the resulting VP state and also the levels they need to achieve for individual victories.
The totals giving Japan victory were still rather close.
Axis 2199 Allied 1525.
Japan got 2199 giving a major victory but not by much. Major VP was 1912 and Minor was 12824.
Short of conquering America I don't think they could get much more than 2199.
The US got a Major Victory in spite of accomplishing almost nothing. That is because its require VP levels were also almost nothing. Major 338. Minor 322.
The UK which I guess includes results for Australia, Canada, India and New Zealand, was reasonably high considering how little the US achieved. They got 714 VP which got them a worse than Historic. Which is expected since they had a target VP that would required them to not only take Japan but maybe Germany too. Major 1954 and Minor 1866.
China I can't judge because they did so poorly. Getting 141 VP with goals of 486 major and 451 minor.
The individual ones probably just haven't been tested enough to set good values for.
But the total VP has me a bit worried since the Japanese didn't win by all that much considering how poorly the AI did with the Allied side. It makes me suspect that even poor play by the Allied player will still yield a victory.
