Hawaiian AFG at 20/20 strength again

After a couple of games where the Hawaiian AFG started at 5/20 strength, they seem to have become 20/20 again without any updates which is truly bizarre. Definitely running patch 1.00.01

The move to 5/20 strength was a very good change as it prevents results like this, which are utterly infuriating to the Japanese side.

My new game was at 5/20. Your opponent maybe isn’t playing the right patch.

I set the game up though and the in game message says patch 1.00.01. I guess there could still be some issue but I would have thought it would just run the scenario using my patch data.

So it can still happen.

It's 5/20 in the 1941 scenario. Just checked.

Figured this one out, the game uses the scenario data of the Japanese player so in many of my allied games where the opponent hasn't updated the changes aren't in effect.
