Fleet changing from one Ally to another

I saw a similar issue where the fleet change from Japanese to US or visa-versa...this is more of a US fleet with a lot of US ships and 2 UK DD...

It left port as a US looking fleet...on the final move it converts to a UK fleet.

What I noticed was...on first move the order of ships in the display is CVs, BBs, CAs, DDs...

AFTER the move it is reversed...causing the switch.

Not sure this is a big issue...but it throws me off.

Yeah, this was discussed elsewhere and different from the AI fleet bug. Fleets take the national identity of the top-most ship, which is arranged first in CV>CVL>BB>BC>CA>DD. Within the categories, they are then organized by nationality and damage. Upkeep is based on the top ship.

The Hermes has a strange tendency to insert itself at the top of any fleet list in my experience. If the UK has any oil concerns I've stopped using combined fleets due to the risk of the oil pool suddenly drying up.

That was an issue in WPE...the fleet color is where the oil comes from.

Not sure in WPP...have to validate. If so then it could be really bad for the UK since they have so little to start as you say...suddenly empty.

That is fixed in the beta, and is fixed in the patch coming up.
