Movement costs bugged in Solomons scenario

There seems to be some issues with unit movement costs in the Solomons scenario, where movement cost 1 point regardless of terrain. In the screenshot, you can see the Australian regiment can move a full six hexes across rivers, mountains and jungle. This seems to be the case in all areas of the map.
