How do you like Digital Diamond Baseball? Have you played OOTP series or Sports Mogul to compare to? I have them all except Digital Diamond. Thanks!

On Steam, you can find a tabletop simulator. I'm not sure if it has anything beyond the basics, but I believe you can create custom games, so you could recreate any games it doesn't have. And a few more, such as pandemic and catan, are set to switch soon.

my review on steam:

Deep baseball simmi. Not for the casual. Been playing since the beginning. For $20...its stealin'. This is on my top shelf and I have all the baseball sims...all of them. ok i didn't purchase the latest SOM version and maybe not OOTP (OOTP 21 is my
latest purchase) whatever number it is but I have the rest. Kind of what DMB could have become if not for those dang Red Sox.

i like it a lot. very flexible as to logos, player pics, ballparks etc etc but can take a little effort to set up. i mean you can add any season with little effort and it comes with MLB seasons from 1930 through this season. dtd lineups if you want to use them. accurate results and updated frequently.

Just got Factorio and played first 2 tutorials. Minecraft/FortressCraft from isometric perspective, where player character crash land on alien world, builds an industry from raw materials, walls and weapon platforms to defend against local wild life.

Game is already nearly a year old. It got renewed attention when developer was subjected to some political nonsense, to which he delivered an epic response:
You can take that ************** mentality and shove it up your ***.
Censored for this forum. # of positive Steam reviews spiked over 10 fold, and a number of YouTubers say they buy the game. As did I. Decisive victory for developer.

Slitherine & Matrix wargames have plenty of material for political nonsense: glorification of war, its participants, their politics, their flags (remember Confederation battle flag debacle few years ago?)... With this in mind, I urge Slitherine & Matrix personnel to take a close look at the political nonsense Factorio developer got dragged into, and take notes so you can come up with appropriate measures should you ever become a target of such nonsense. So far it looks like Factorio dev gained decisive victory where many others have suffered heavy losses and even decisive defeats.
You know what they say, don't you? About how us MechWarriors are the modern knights, how warfare has become civilized now that we have to abide by conventions and rules of war. Don't believe it.
