Will Canada ever get enough logistic to build a corp?

It wouldn't surprise me if it takes awhile. Canada's contribution to the Pacific War was rather modest. Canadian troops were part of the Special Service Force and participated in the Kiska invasion, and Canadian planes did patrol off Alaska. But the vast majority of Canadian forces including the Royal Canadian Navy were committed to the European theater.

If I recall there was actually a revolt during the war by Canadian Army soldiers based in Terrace, British Columbia in the Canadian Pacific Command. The mutiny, which took place in November 1944 was the most serious breach of discipline in Canadian military history. It was triggered by the rumor that conscript soldiers based on the home front would be deployed overseas. Of course, if I was stationed in some damp and isolated part of British Columbia I'd probably go a bit crazy too.

I suspect like the UK it does not go up if at all by much.

Both Canada and the UK focused in Europe until late in the war there but by then things were also in hand in the Pacific.
