[Logged] CMO - No Country/City Names

I prefer the old CMANO Country/City names over the new CMO Placenames. I have the option checked as you will see below, but they do not display. Maybe by design now that that the Placenames option is there? If not, hopefully someone can take a look at getting it working.

Bump! Any chance this is going to get fixed in CMO anytime soon? The 'new' placenames are so big!
