destroyed embarked troops don't remove correct number of transports

< 10 strength units KIA aboard transports lose three times the embarked number of transports.

A 10 strength unit appears to lose some random number between 10 and 20.

Not going to do further testing as I assume it's a messed up variable somewhere (where units take 3 times the damage, probably)
