Liberating France, is this a bug or is it supposed to work this way?

World in Flames is the computer version of Australian Design Group classic board game. World In Flames is a highly detailed game covering the both Europe and Pacific Theaters of Operations during World War II. If you want grand strategy this game is for you.

That's doable. Where's the best place to find the 3.2.0 executable?

It's still available in a hot patch: https://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.asp?m=4865415

If you're running a later version (e.g., 4.2) all you need is the executable and not the data update, which is already updated by your later version.

No luck. I ran through the liberation sequence with 3.2 and the CW did not get to cooperate afterwards.
