Grill corn on the cob in the husk, cut off the stem end, squeeze out the corn, roll on buttered bread. Or soak the corn in salted water to drive out any fresh meat, pull back the husk, butter the corn, put the husk back up and secure it without using plastic or rubber, it will have a smokey, buttery taste. [:'(]
Grill ripe but not too soft bananas in the peel for 2 to 3 minutes, turn over, grill for 2 to 3 minutes until it is soft, remove from the grill, cut the blossom end and squeeze the fruit out of the peel onto a dish. This will taste like banana bread. Eat it that way or top it with ice cream, whipped cream, and/or chocolate . . . [:'(]
Thickly slice bread, grill it to desired browness, butter with garlic butter . . . [:'(]
Use a frisbee as a paper plate holder . . .
Have a happy Father's Day! We have a cool, wet one. [8D]

The idea is to make the meal and have as little clean up as is possible. With the frisbees, the paper plates, even if overloaded, won't drop the food for the dogs to eat. [:(] Then you have a toy for after eating . . . [8D] This should be good for children as well.
I forgot, take onions, peel and core them, rinse them off, then place on a square of aluminum foil, put butter in the core hole, seasoned salt and any other flavorings such as garlic, wrap up the onion, put either on the grill or in the charcoal for about one hour. [:'(]
Take fish fillets, smaller fish like perch or other panfish, clean them, wrap in bacon, wrap them in aluminum foil, put them on the grill for 20-25 minutes, turning once. The bacon gives the fish a nice flavor and keeps the fish from sticking. [:'(] Or season said fish, add lemon and onion slices, then wrap them in aluminum foil, place them on the grill for 20-25 minutes, turning once. [:'(]

I did as well. I also saw some from a long time ago, I might copy and paste those other recipes with the appropriate references.
The art of being lazy is not putting off tomorrow what you can do today. The art of being lazy is not bothering to do what you don't have to do at all. [:D] So when grilling, be as lazy as is possible to reduce and/or eliminate the cleanup afterwards. Thus, grill everything including the desserts then use disposable plates. [8D]

I have a lot of shape! [8|]
The idea is to do things with as little cleanup as is possible so I don't have to be on my feet - such as they are. [:(]
Put a pot of salted water to boil. Add rotini pasta and cook until they are about one minute away from al dente. Drain but not completely.
Meanwhile, warm up some good olive oil and butter in a saute pan. Add garlic, then onions, peppers, mushrooms and other fresh veggies like summer squash from the garden which are all cut to the approximate size of the pasta. Add water from the pasta as needed, the little bit of starch will help to thicken. If using dried herbs like basil, parsley, oregano, and/or a mix, add them now. If using fresh herbs, add them later. When the pasta is done as above and the veggies are also almost done, add the drained pasta to the veggies and sauce. Cook until finished. Top with fresh ground black pepper, Parmesan, Romano . . . [:'(]
If desired, add anything from skim milk to cream for a white sauce. [:'(]
If desired, add diced cooked, leftover boneless chicken. [:'(]
If desired and using a good non-stick pan, before adding the pasta stir in and let melt fresh meltable cheese like farmers cheese, pepper jack cheese, mozzarella, or even blue cheese . . .
If desired, take frozen but cooked salad/cocktail shrimp, thaw even under running water, then remove the tails and veins, then add to the sauce about a minute before the pasta to warm them up . . . [:'(]
Think of all of the veggies, protein, and carbs with the seasonings. A good source of all that you need except for some partially desugared grape juice. [:D] Use a good yeast to desugar the grape juice or buy it that way. [;)] This can be the main meal or a side dish.

[:'(] Or season said fish, add lemon and onion slices, then wrap them in aluminum foil, place them on the grill for 20-25 minutes, turning once. [:'(]
You can also make a scout-style foil packet for a full meal. Dice potatoes and onions, meat and vegetables and put some in a strip of foil (shiny side inside) about 8" long. Do not overload as you will be folding the ends a couple of times and the edges two or three times. Add butter, salt and pepper, and other spices to taste (bearing in mind most children do not like hot-spicy food).
Now the critical part to make a packet:
1. Bring the foil sides together, shiny side to shiny side above the food. There should be enough foil to fold at least twice.
2. Fold evenly about .5" from the top. This single fold will not yet lock in the goods.
3. Fold again in the same direction to make a double, locking fold which will prevent most moisture and butter from escaping.
4. If you have enough foil above the food to make another fold in the same direction, do so. That will practically guarantee a seal.
5. Fold the ends at least twice in the direction away from the top fold, toward the unfolded side of the packet. That pulls the top seal tight lengthwise.
6.Throw directly in a campfire or onto a grille and cook about ten minutes, turning once.
7. Remove from heat, let cool for a few minutes, open carefully - expecting steam from the first open seam. If at camp, use any flat surface long enough to hold the packet and dine off the foil. My cubs/scouts often used a chunk of split wood on their laps.
This is a very handy way to prepare a fast, plate-free, pot/pan free meal for day outings or first meal of a weekend camp; or just a minimal waste way to have a backyard meal.

I have to say we have been growing fresh herbs, and veggies the last couple of years. It is great when you can walk out the back door and harvest. Less expensive as well.....
