My kingdom for a tank!

Hi,

Just playing the 41 campaign for the first time as USSR.

It's 1943. I retained Leningrad, Moscow and Stalingrad, but have no tank units. I'm pretty lazy and am letting the AI do as much as possible, so I'm probably missing something really obvious.\

The Soviet Union has to create the units itself after 41. So you will have to build your own tank units.
