Blockade location

Not sure if this is common knowledge or WID/bug, but blockades and blockade relief can be in ANY adjacent hex for ports, not just ones that look to be adjacent by coast.
The manual:
"To blockade a port the fleet must be next to the port and able to move into that port from that hex if they controlled it. Enemy fleets next to that port prevent the blockade."

Places where this might matter: Colombo, Bandar Lampung, Surabaya, Weda in the Celebes, Buin.
