Which stats do you mean, there are a lot of them on each SFT.

I guess you mean combat stats though.

Basically there are two ways. Start from scratch (reinvent the wheel), or copy and modify someone elses stats (piggybacking). Since you haven't tried it before, I would suggest you piggypack on someone elses stats. There are several different "stat sets" out there, so there is enough to be inspired by.

Reinventing the wheel btw, takes a lot of time. :)

Well, the obvious answer would be look in a scenario where you think they work particulary well, copy them and adjust them until you get what you want. Lots of testing required ...
