V1.00.02 - Landing craft problem with small army

I have a small army ready for invasion. A small army is at a strength of 18/18.

The problem is that the game would like 36 landing craft, the size of a full army despite this is a half army.

That is a bug I introduced because the autofill put in the wrong variable in Visual Studio and I didn't notice.

So all armies are taking 2x LCs instead of all armor.
