Equipment upgrade & TOE upgrade

Post by rob89 »

How do they work together?

Summer 1942

Most of my german I.D.s have passed to the 42TOE, which does not yet include the PaK40s, but since April the PaK40s have been in production and now there are several in the pool.

Why does no division upgrade from PaK38 to PaK40?
Should I wait for the 43TOE?

thanks

2 things may slow any swapping. First if your units have the older equipment they will tend to retain for some time. Especially as bringing the new stuff up demands freight capacity.

To speed any swap you'll need your units on refit and out of the line - ideally at a depot. Not always easy to arrange with the Axis when you could well be fully committed to the front lines.

Also low production numbers tend to be slow to be allocated.

Final possible answer, double check the ready pool just to be sure they are not in the transit pool.
