Assigning new hq via map

Hey,

you often have to change hq for a unit. It would be nice if you don't have to use the list but rather you can click on that unit on the map. Often I know which hq I want to select from the look on the map. Now I have to lock the name up, click on the division again, and look for that hq.

+1. would be a really god QOL feature.
