Volunteers to fix the typos

In the SE poll Vic ran recently, in the "what I should focus on" question, there was the option to fix the typos or the spelling, or something like that.

Of course I did not vote for that option, as there are way more interesting things for Vic to do, but it would be nice if we could fix those as a community and take some burden from his shoulders.

If text files can be extracted, I offer myself as a volunteer for the job, and I bet more players would do the same.

I feel the game could also use some manpower to improve the manual, as some of the info given is outdated and some are even contradictory with other records. If you feel courageous you give it a try first.
