I will answer as JJ is offline.

NAV2 whence, as there was oil.
TRS to San Francisco where the main fleet is.
CP to closest port with oil, out of port strike range.
BB to NZC to some port where there are no CW ships assumin there is oil.
If your attack is going really well, it's an ambush.

The TRS went to San Diego where the other US ships are. The BB, and CP, went to Christchurch, NZ.

No Ground Strikes.

Rail Movement:

Germany:
GARR (Pskov) -> 61,27 in S France

Italy:
HQA (52,26 in W France) -> 62,33 in NW Italy.

Now it is a break for a conference with Germany regarding land moves, etc. Land movement is sceduled to begin later this evening.

Land Moves:

Italy:
MECH + MOT (62,28) -> 62,29

Germany:
HQI (61,27) -> 62,28
AT (46,52) -> 45,53
ARM Div (44,53) -> 43,53
INF (24,55) -> 23,55
ARM Div (55,57) -> 56,58
ART (54,57) -> 55,57

Task force Kesselring attacks the US 39th Corps in France.

Kesselring adds HQ support.

Italy adds two bombers (LND3 + NAV3) as ground support. Escorted by one German fighter.

CW can fly one LND3, on extended range, as defensive ground support. And US has one FTR2 available for interception.

Germany has one FTR2 available for any counter-interception.

The current odds (before any ground support is added) is +16.

Will Allies add any air?

If no air is added, will Allies select blitz, or assault?

US fighter fly as fighter and CW bomber provides ground support. Both return where they take off.
