Download issue

When I try to download the game I get to the point where it says 'processing' and that's it. I have let it 'process' for over an hour and nothing.

check your security programs and see which one has stopped or blocked the process

The problem turned out to be my browser, Protopage, apparently is not compatible.
Activated Edge and solved the problem.
