Automatic 'Reform Division' on Transfer

That or either the possibility to form up a division from its regiments once in a Box.

It happened to me that the Security Divisions, split in regiments, were transferred to the Soviet Garrison Box.
To me it's just a matter of proper order and keeping things tidy; but I cannot find a way to form up the division in the box.
So I am 'stuck' with a grand list of mixed regiments of the divisions there!
