So the boys ran away in Changsha with 0:1 combat prediction.

He took 3 damage I took 0 damage, and yet I RAN AWAY from Changsha???

Seems like you needed a more tenacious D…

Edit: on that note, commanders seems largely irrelevant for China, UK, and India in this game.
