[NO REPRO] Command stuck on the loading page.

Disabled overlay from AMD Radeon software. Disabled DirectWrite from steam. Disabled overlays from steam settings. Disabled steam pre-cashing shader. Right clicked on both commande.exe and Launcher and selected Override high DPI scaling to system. Deleted the (command/config file.) Disabled Anti-virus program. It continues to get stuck on the loading page.

Seems Data Access Components aren't being recognized even though they are included with all modern versions of Windows (Vista forward) for some reason. Weird. What's the OS version? Anything significantly unusual about your setup?

SFC /SCANNOW find anything wrong?

I'm using standard Windows 10. Nothing special really. I've been able to play every single PC game except this one.

AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Six-Core Processor 3.20 GHz
16 G RAM
Over 300G Hard disk space

I have that same issue on one of my computers since version 4725 update and all subsequent.
I have tried everything suggested so far.
The original installer works fine, stops at the rotating globe after I update to the latest.
Full clean reinstall of Windows 10 with disk wipe out didn't help.
Works fine on my gaming laptop though.

Are you getting stuck at the loading screen as the OP, and do you actually get exception.log entries that match exactly what the op was getting? If not the latter I would open up a new post or ticket along with posting your log as it may be a different cause. I assume you mean since 1147.25 update, yes?
