Where can I see the scrapped equipment, if any ?

Should be able to find it in the logistics report under "Production" filter, although I've noticed scrapping happens way less frequently than in WitE 1.

AE PBEM against Mogami (Early'44)
WITE PBEM against Boomer Sooner
