The game does not advance in the sub-phase Neutrality Pacts

After Germany and Italy declare war on the USSR the game does not go beyond the sub phase "Neutraliy Phase", Apparently waiting for some action from the USA.

I have seen this before at a similar time.

Sometimes Netplay just seems to hang, or freeze, not advance....

I think there are many different causes such as internet problems or server problems or mystical astral problems...

Either just wait and sometimes out of the blue something happens, or easiest just quit and reload the most recent Autosave and normally it will right itself.

If some sort of event has happened before and you know the dice rolls then turn on set dice rolls in the player interface and recreate the event ... if you don't know the rolls just let the game roll again, sometimes your happy, sometimes your not.

Naval battles, especially complex ones, and anything related to Vichy events, are the most likely times for serious glitches, followed closely by DOW's and Air 2 Air.

I find when you are locked by one Form being hidden by another and you can not advance, bring up this game menu from your task bar and X it

Normally when this closes the Active Form will appear on top.

If that doesn't work, bring up the task manager and end the game running and load the most recent Autosave ...

What also might work is to use the windows task manager to refresh your screen.

That's my last resort in these cases, before having to reload an autosave.
