Road to Leningrad - Early arrival of T-60

In the Road to Leningrad Scenario, the Soviet 41st separate tank battalion arrives with some T-60 tanks on Turn 6 (Jul 41). However, the game's data suggests that T-60 is not yet available (first available in Oct 41).

Edit: it appears that some Tank Brigades arriving in Sept 41 are also equipped with T-60s.

This is unit(41st separate tank battalion) with number 06573, it has 16 T-60 M1941 tanks that, I recommend replace T-60 with T-38.

T60 tanks - 20
T34 tanks - 9
This TOE is incorrect, according to site "Танковый фронт"(can't post links), 23 August 1941 STAVKA approve TOE № 010/85 for Separate Tank Battalion that contains,
T40 tanks - 20
T34 tanks - 9
Please correct

Also Limit to Separate tank battalion is set 0 at Jan 1945, this is incorrect, according to site "Танковый фронт"(can't post links), number of separate tank battalion were 5 at end of 1944/begin of 1945, please change limit for 0 to 5.
