This War Winning unit is showing with Stug IIIG's (0 obviously) but shouldn't it be showing with Stug IIIB's or F's as G's aren't in production for another 9 months?
OB calls for StuG IIIf so I'd say unit setup has a minor error

OBs were originally built in WitE to be very generic and those OBs don't account for all the micro element upgrades that occurred in a short period of time. A "2.0 OB" proposal exists with all of the research and recommendations complete. It is basically a comprehensive rewrite of the entire OB database to capture issues like this (among others). However, actually translating all of that work into the editor and updating every unit in the game to match those new OBs would be a major time investment. One I am interested in doing but I am tied down in scenario work at the moment for quite some time.

Meindl Luftwaffe Field Division with number 00397 have TOE with number 316 - 42 Luftwaffe Field Division that become availiable at 1942, at month 6, TOE contains 4 StuG IIIf and it transfer to TOE of Division.
I recommend create separate TOE for Meindl Luftwaffe Field Division, it was approximately twice large as ordinary Luftwaffe field division, but apart from the heavy companies of the regiments, Meindl had only a battery of captured Russian guns of 76.2 mm served by paratroopers without previous training as artillerymen. The division itself did not receive personnel trained in field artillery until October 1942 and even so they were all veteran personnel of anti-aircraft artillery who had no previous experience in the subject.
So TOE of this can be twice number of infantry and support squads of TOE of 42 Luftwaffe Field Division, similar number of artillery, no flaks and StuGs
