[hex with missing weather zone] Single-hex blizzard in May 1942

I've just noticed that there is a single-hex blizzard in hex 301,160, just northeast of Astrakhan, on turn 48, May 17 1942. I'm playing 1.01.02 beta.
I need ten females for each male...

This is a data issue with the hex not having its climate zone set. Will move to the data area. Thanks for the report.

It looks like this will need to be corrected in each scenario file where it is wrong as this is not coming from the generic data file.
