Updating

I have installed Panzer Corps2. I have tried to use the updater in the game, I have tried the updater exe., and I have tried downloading the update and then updating. All I get is an error message. At the bottom of the error message it says retry and also cancel. Would someone help me.

Download the updates directly in the MY PAGE section. Firewall that blocks access?

I have used the updater and the download from my page about 10 times. I have also disabled the firewall and the anti-virus. I get the same error message. Do
not know what to do.
