Im totally new to game so looking for a soviet opponent who is a beginner also

I have been a fan of turn base strategy sims since the SPI, Avalon Hill days. I purchased WITE2 after finding it difficult to find WITW players--Also to support developers of such games. I've played the basic AI tutorials, and have understanding of game mechanics (very similar to WITW). I'd prefer a player who is committed to keeping the game moving with no big delays between moves. I realize the complexity of the game, and daily life, can slow these games down tremendously. So a commitment to keep reasonable play pace is important. 3-4 turns a week would be reasonable for Campaign.
