1. Japan's net cumulative BPs (dBP*) of 117 so far this game far exceeds that of any of the other major axis powers. It also betters the next closest allies net cumulative BPs by 25 BPs.
2. Germany and to a much less extent Japan are benefiting from the free, "City based volunteers". The consensuses among our team is that, "Food in Flames" is a good optional rule to counter balance all the units Germany is getting.
