Desktop fragments showing through on main map

Just a weird and annoying graphics glitch. Anyone run into this before (and fixed)? They do go away when screen refreshes but show up (again) when I move mouse around screen...

I've seen some graphic anomalies such as right side menu buttons disappearing. It is rare enough to not bother me.

Thanks, does not make it unplayable, just annoying.
