Full game available?

Post by fk05764 »

My first version of 7.1 was corrupted and that I will fix when I revover the computer next week. I want to know where i can download the full version of 7.1. I have tried games domain and they all failed. I was told that matrix games will have it last week to download and it will have fixed all the problems with the mega campaigns. I have purchased the mega campaigns and if I can't download the original game, then I want my money back from matrix games, got the picture, get hot.

I just tried and it worked fine. Maybe you just had a bad connection?

I just tried the links also, and they are working.

You might also want to try being a tad more polite. We're an easy-going bunch around here...just nice, friendly folks. :)

Well I have just done about everything except invite someone into my pc and hack to their hearts contend. I can't download from any site on games domain! I have no problem downloading a scenario or anything else from anyother website. Is there a way that someone can send me a disc of the game, I will be glad to pay the "high" cost of the cd and shipping.

Email me with your mailing address and I'll get one out to you over the weekend.

BTW, there's no charge. As I said, we're just nice, friendly folks here. Welcome to the forum. :)

If you have a Mega Campaign, you already have a copy of the game. You just need a patch up to 7.1. Do the patch links not work?

Anyone else having problems with the Games Domain links can try this one instead:http://www.4gamer.net/store/demo/SPWaWComplete-v7-1.zip

I just used it and it works fine even at dialup speeds.

I had the same thought. The v7.0-v7.1 patch is only 2.37mb, which I'll be happy to e-mail.

A burning tank?! I resent that remark!

I feel sorry for those on dial up.

Thats why I created this.

http://www.wargamer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7276

Essentially, that is my link at Wargamer detailing how I routinely send out copies of my Ultra Steel panthers cd (no I don't give out Mega Campaigns, that should be obvious, but has to be said occasionally :) ).

And we have lots of others that routinely do this sort of thing as well (which is why a Steel Panthers fan can rely on better support than any other game in existence in my opinion).
I LIKE that my life bothers them,
Why should I be the only one bothered by it eh.

(nodding in agreement)

So does all that walking...to and from the motor pool for new tanks. ;)
