US PPs gone?

Not sure how this can happen unless I am missing something obvious. I just openend the screen and saw that the US produced 47 PPs, used none for repair etc., but have only 30 PPs left. And I swear I did not buy anything....

Nevermind! I get it. Noticed it next turn too at 20 less than expected. They go to the UK![8|] Silly me!
