Economy, logistics?

Post by poymando »

Are there any PC wargames available that focus on economy, production and logistics in a serious way? If not, which game(s)do the best job with that aspect of simulating conflict?

The nature of wargames is to focus on war but that is semantics I suppose.

Shadow Empire might be your best bet. Wargamey and the stuff you want. Shadow Empire is a true wargame but with added chrome.

War In The West, War in The East 2 and to a much lesser extent but with focus on economy, logistics and production, the Hearts of Iron games although I wouldn't call these wargames.

I'm sure this question had been asked many times before.
