HQ CPT and scenario description

Hi everyone,

how are command points assigned to each HQ? In WitE there was a specific option in the editor to change it, I don't find it in WitE2.

Additionally, if I want to create a custom scenario, how do I save the scenario description?

Scenario descriptions are stored in text files with names - [scenario name].txt in the scenario directory. You may create/edit your own description using any text editor.

I also could not find where to set the command capacity of individual HQs in the WitE2 Editor, not sure if this nice feature of WitE1 Editor is included in WitE2.
