Can't create a Matrixgames account

Hi there

I'm getting a 500 Internal Server Error when I try to create a Matrix Games account.

Happening on different devices and browsers, some are completely clean of ad blockers etc.

I've got a Slitherine account and a Forum account.

Keen to buy a game but I want it to link to my Steam - would that be possible if I bought it as a guest?

Otherwise is there a good way to contact Matrixgames? No reply to email and the Help Desk link keeps sending me to a login page.
