Soviets can't build divisions after new beta

I have downloaded the new Beta v01.01.09 and am playing an email game under the No Early End Campaign. When building units for the Soviets there is no choice for Divisions or regular Cavalry (Mountain Calvary is still there) anymore. Hopefully the file had been loaded.

The issue is a temporary one. It appears that for the last month of availability, after 4 turns in the month, the item becomes unavailable. So between the 29th and 30th of November, the rifle division 41b OB stops being available, and the new 41c doesn't become available until the 1st of December. If you advance one more turn you will be able to build the 41c version. I will bug this, but can't say how easy this one is going to be to fix. It's likely it appears for all OB types when there is no overlap in availability of different OBs. Thanks for the report and save.
