can't upgrade

J cannot upgrade to 1.21.01.

Appears: Unable to download file
An error occurred when downloading information from server



Can You help me?

Try again

If it fails and you attempting to upgrade directly from the Splash screen, then instead go to Matrix Store, sign in, go to 'My Games', look for the link for the upgrade and download it from there, then run it.
