Where to find a Tiger tank?

Where to find a Tiger tank?

Post by Huffy »

Hey guys...I need some help locating a nice size model (plastic) for my sons Christmas present. I poked around a bit with Google...but didn't find anything really nice. He seems really interested with Tigers...early...late,...or King.
He is 8 years old...and I figure it will be something that he/we can take our time on and really make it nice.
I have seen real little snap together ones...and metal die cast...but I just want a good old fashion plastic moel assembly kit...that we can paint to our own design.
Thanks for any help you can throw my way.
Take care,
Huffy

Some of the best ones are made by Tamiya. You can try their web site, which I think is www.tamiya.com
What, me worry?

Hey,...thanks alot everyone....all the sites were helpful...I am kinda leaning towards the late King Tiger (battle of the bulge style). Or ...if she lets me...one of each..early and late Tiger styles.
take care all,

Check this video out. It was a fairly slow download (23.3MB) even for my cable modem, but it's worth it. I played that thing full screen and almost felt as though I was controlling it myself. http://www.tamiyausa.com/product/rc/ele ... 56018.html
