Turn Summery Popup

I just recently upgraded from 1.00.12_Beta to 1.01.02_Beta.

In the prior version I had the Turn Summary screen turned off so that when I reopened the game it didn't show.

Upgrading it seems it turned it on and I can't turn it permanently off.

Is this a "feature" or a bug?

just set it not to show on your preferences screen?
