Scenario TOE cannot be changed???

I can't save alterations to scenario TOE(OB). Game version 1.00.11

I can add and edit units in the roster but if I try to change a single letter in TOE it won't save.

You may have to change TOE in generic data. That's where I edit it.

If necessary that would a retrograde step from previous GG War-series titles where you definitely could make and alter individual scenarios without messing with the default data for scenarios.[:(]

this has been reported several times and the same answer applies.

Some of the editor functionality was removed late in the beta to enable the game for release. Pavel is working on the editor now (having finished the scaling work) and the intention is to return it to the earlier options.
