I like your aggressive attitude, but what will you do at D+30 at Marcus when Japan has a month to cut it off from any reinforcements?

If it triggers the kind of naval fights I am hoping it will....and with friendly naval search, then I will be quite happy even if the IJ take the base back!

Hold on the Ankang road once again, probably our last day...

So sorry for the lack of reporting, rl raised it's ugly head with a tsunami of poor events: wife got ill, daughter got ill, my 88 year old father injured his knee, and my daughter in law is having a difficult pregnancy,...which makes the minor flooding I had look rather tame.
But we are plowing ahead making good progress with wife, and every week that goes by is better news for the daughter and daughter in law (now at 29 weeks), and Father has gotten to where he can walk unaided.
I have managed to crank out about one turn in three, but doing pretty minimal stuff. More later.

Glad to hear that things are working out for your family. Those type of issues can increase one's stress levels.
As a side note, Tennessee is ranked in top 10 of states when it comes to rainfall. Thankfully, I live on a large hill at edge of town with great view of the mountains along the North Carolina border across a small valley. Lots of green stuff here!
China - you have lost some key supply generating bases and like you said, live off the land and not in the bases where no supply will flow.
