4.2.3.2 No PART in Destroyed Pool?

4.2.3.2 No PART in Destroyed Pool?

In previous impulses in the current game turn there have been a French and a Chinese PART been destroyed so far. Neither shows up in the Destroyed Pool:

Maybe that is so because in WIF all destroyed partisans go to the partisans pool so that they can be drawn again
