Recommended order to go through Tutorials?

I've had Command Northern Inferno for a while now, but just now trying to get into it. I'm not a naval buff, and my only experience with Naval Sims was Harpoon a long long time ago and I recall I had to buy a separate book before I understood a lot of the terminology in that game.

I've started going through the manual, and also saw quite a few tutorials listed in the game.

Is there an recommendation on the order to go through the tutorials for total newbies?

Or any other suggestions for best way to learn the game?
