I know you have fixed it so that Air Units can no longer conduct air strikes over Neutral Territory. But as you can see from the Screenshot below they can still raid enemy Convoy Routes across Neutral Territory (in this case Sweden). Now I did this all last game to Stjeand and he never complained; but now that he is doing it to me I am finding it really annoying:). If this can be fixed simply that would be great. If not, well it is probably not a game breaker.
