CV aircraft replacement question

So I'm into my 1st campaign vs the AI, and I have a number of CV fights now and so I have lost a lot of aircraft.

Is the only way to replace CV Air Wings is to return to port? And if so, what level port?

Port level 5 or more will allow repair.
Brakes are for cowards !!
