Galactopdia no longer visible

Hi;

Been a very long time. Fired this up again with the impending Distant Worlds 2 release. The Galactopedia is just blank screens now. I 'think' it has something to do with MS Internet Explorer being updated to Edge. The MHTML files were associated to explorer and would not open. I re-associated them with Edge and now can view them outside the game, but in the game - still blank.

Any ideas?

Just a bit more info. I have now reinstalled and patched. I 'can' see the races, but the landing page and many of the sub pages do not display...
