Toggle button for sending unit trucks to reserve

When you send units to the reserve, currently it takes all their trucks away and adds them to the pool.

This is problematic, especially for Germany players, because once you pull units out of the reserve, trucks only get added back to the units slowly, depending on the logistic system, which can be pretty unreliable as a way to get trucks back to the units.

Quite a few games from various players have been messed up because Germany players have sent their Panzer divisions to reserve, then it has taken the trucks from their Panzer divisions and added them to the pool, and then once the Panzers were refit, they couldn't get the trucks back and had to quit the game.

So, the suggestion would be to have a toggle button that sets it to be OPTIONAL to take trucks from a unit when sending them to reserve, rather than automatic/mandatory. Personally I would say the default behavior should be that a unit retains its trucks when sent to reserve though, with a toggle button to disable that and have the current behavior.

So, would it be viable to put what happens to a unit's trucks when you send them to reserve under the player's control? Either that, or maybe some way to prioritize units to receive trucks which can be used in these cases?
