Missing Campaign Videos

Hello I used to see these but now no longer do,

I am running CMO 1.03 latest, +two DLC NI, Chains of War
In NI new campaign, every time it skips the intro videos for the scenarios
(No videos for Chains of ar, either.... )

I used the DLC installer, and the scenarios all work, so don't know what's missing
(I only have a Tacview folder in my Resources folder, even though I don't own Tacview)
In fact, I'm totally clueless about the installation procedure and folder structure of the current CMO software

I am also unsure about what regular maintenance should be done to the DB
Surely there's a complete installation guide somewhere ?
Any help appreciated

(Note I may have bought NI standalone edition when it first came out)
